Restorative/Yin classes provide you with a good balance of deep relaxation and deep stretches. Yin yoga focuses on holding stretches from 2-5 minutes. Restorstive yoga focuses more on deep relaxation and poses are usually held from 5-10 minutes, while being fully supported with props. These classes are great for those who may need a break from a busy day.
