• Vinyasa (Level 1) classes will teach you the basics of yoga postures and the practice. You will learn how to link your breath to your movements while moving through foundational poses such as Downward-Facing Dog, Mountain and Warrior. In this class, you will learn how to flow through a Sun Salutation, which is the basic movement for all Vinyasa Flows. These classes are great for beginners as well as those who want to come back to the basics.
